Project 365 - Day Eighty-Three

I took a little break from blogging there. Explanation may come in a later post. Or it may not. I'm still trying to figure it all out. But let's back it up here. Let's go back to before I got into my little mood funk.

I spent the most glorious day with one of my cousins and her precious little baby. It was so much fun catching up with my cousin and taking some snapshots of the little one. This was my first baby photoshoot and it was a blast! I became obsessed with with how small and soft she was and don't even get me started on her beautiful blue eyes. Here's one of my favorite shots of the day of the precious Miss S.

As I said this was my first baby photoshoot. Really my first attempt . I very quickly discovered that babies move around a lot. You've got to be quick and set a high shutter speed in order to catch some beautiful little moments. Sometimes I'd see something that I just had to capture - I would set the aperture and set the focus meanwhile little Miss S would have rolled herself right out of frame! I soon discovered what aperture and shutter speed worked best and set about getting some pictures of this beautiful little girl.

Because I had so much fun and took so many pictures I thought I'd share some of my favorites and let you decide which one you like best.

I fell in love with how super soft she is. Everything about her is so tiny, beautiful and soft.

As well as getting to photograph this precious subject matter I also got to have a great time of sharing and caring with my awesome cousin. It was wonderful to spend some time with these two wonderful ladies.

This is one of my absolute favorites. It may not be spot on in terms of focus but there is just something about it the kind of catches my heart.

She is just such a cutie! I can't wait to capture some more beautiful moments.

So which do you like best? Or are you like me a quite partial to them all?

Until my next post I hope this finds you safe, happy, and well.
