Project 365 - Day Two Hundred And Thirty-Eight

Yay! I've finally caught up on all my project 365 posts. Phew! As I have had before I'm a bit of a foodie but sometimes simplicity is best. When I was making my lunch today I was drawn to the colors. Of course I had to take a photo of the vivid colors.

Toast, fresh mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and topped with a generous amount of bright green avocado. Pretty much the perfect lunch if you ask me. What's you favorite thing to have for lunch?
