Day fifty-six was a perfect day to practice my macro skills with this little guy (or girl - I don't know how you'd tell the difference) waiting just outside my door.
Image taken 19 January 2011The thing I like about this shot is if you look at it blown up you can actually see the honey-comb pattern in its eyes. On the whole I think bugs are pretty fantastic.
