Project 365 - Day Two Hundred And Fifty-Nine

I'm a bit of a bower-bird. I am simply drawn to pretty, shiny things. A extremely good friend of mine has the most gorgeous chandelier hanging over her dining room table. Whenever I drop by for a visit I find myself slightly mesmerized by it's beauty.

I would love to have something like this handing up in my room. Alas a ceiling fan isn't that conducive to installing a chandelier. And while I would very much like to have one of my own I'm not willing to sacrifice my comfort in the uncomfortable Australian summer. Do you like shiny, pretty things? Or am I the only one who suffers from this affliction?
